Refund & Return Policy

We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. Please contact support@freshlifewear.store before sending a return.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description should be reported with supporting photos when possible. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. No cancellation fee is charged for orders cancelled before fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
